有人把这次的瘟疫大流行比喻成第三次世界大战,
它一定会像100年前的西班牙大流感一样载入史册.
我希望在几十年之后的人们翻开教科书的时候,
所看到的是世界各国的人民能够放下意识形态,宗教信仰和贫富差距的不同,
一起协力对抗病毒这些可歌可泣的故事,
而不是互相推诿,甩锅和指责.
毕竟在这一次的世界大战之中,
我们的敌人并不是彼此.
Someone compared this pandemic to World War III.
It’s no doubt that the virus will be recorded in history just like the Spanish Flu of 100 years ago.
I hope that when the next generations of people open textbooks decades later,
What they can see is that people all over the world no matter the difference of ideologies and religions, no matter rich or poor, are fighting the virus together.
Instead of buck-passing and blaming our enemies are not human beings but viruses.
After all, in this world war, our enemies are not each other.
